1. What is the Darth Maul Estrogen Brigade?
The Darth Maul Estrogen Brigade (DMEB) is a completely unofficial
website and mailing list for female fans of the "Star Wars" villain Darth
Maul and the actor who portrays him, Ray Park. On our mailing list we
discuss everything from speculation about "Episode: II" to "Boxers or Briefs"
;-)

II. The DMEB Mailing List
1. How do I subscribe?
Go to the "DMEB-L" section on the website, and simply click on the
"Subscribe" button after entering your e-mail address. If you want to cut
down on mail, there is a digest version of the list. Please note that the
list is currently closed to new subscriptions.
2. How do I unsubscribe?
Also on the list section on the website, there's a button for
unsubscribing.

III. Darth Maul
1. Is Darth Maul going to be in "Episode: II"?
Rumor has it that Ray Park is signed for the next two films, but just for
choreography and stunt work. There's a lot of fan speculation about Maul
possibly being cloned or staying alive on life support a'la Darth Vader, plus
dozens of other theories. When Producer Rick McCallum was asked whether or
not he would return, he answered "Not likely." Still, when it comes to "Star
Wars", you never know. For now, all we have to calm our Darth Maul cravings
is fanfic :-)
2. What is Darth Maul's name, species, etc.?
Darth Maul is a Zabrak, and before becoming a Sith apprentice at age 12,
his name was Khameir Sarin. More background info on Maul can be found in the
"Who?" section on the website.
3. Are the markings on Darth Maul's face tattoos or an attribute to his
species?
Rick McCallum told the Insider "We have to leave that one unclear for
now." I'm assuming that since there is a Zabrak on the Jedi Council without
the markings, that they are Sith tattoos. Still, until it's from the mouth
of Lucasfilm, nothing is official.
4. Does Darth Maul have an earring?
Darth Maul does indeed have a small, silver earring in his left ear.
5. Does Darth Maul growl?
Yup, twice. First when he ignites his lightsaber in the Theed hanger,
then when he uses the Force to throw an object into the wall and open the
door during the final duel.
